Refund Policy — Minecraft Projector

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a return request.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of payment to request a return and refund. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. To process your claim, we require a short video clearly showing the defect or issue, along with your order number. Once the issue is confirmed, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

No-Reason Returns

If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, no longer needed), the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at maximoqb42@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Ship the item back to the address we provide and once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Requests made after 30 days of payment, or items returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to a manufacturing defect) are not eligible for a refund.
